Since the release of Silent Hill: Origins is drawing closer, we’re giving away copy of the game for free to one lucky member who wins this competition. The decided competition is a Silent Hill story, made up completely on your own. Of course you can use inspiration from the games, comic, movie, whatever. We are looking for the best, most convising (i.e. could possibly be the premise for another game) Silent Hill story. In order to win, you must follow these simple rules:

- You must be a forum member to enter. [At SilentHillOrigins.com]
- You must have 100 posts to enter.
- At least 500 words, preferably more.
- Entry must have good spelling and grammar.
- Cannot be too similar to the games, e.g. being SH2’s storyline with names swapped around.
- All new characters and monsters must have a bio, or at least a detailed description.
- Don’t rip off the games in terms of characters or adapting existing storylines, try to be creative.
- One entry, per person.
- If you get help or do it together with someone you will only win one copy between you.
- If your writing is plagiarized you will win nothing and the prize will be given to the next best person.
- We reserve the right to refuse you the prize or your entry at any time for any reason. (E.g. bad behavior after/before winning etc)
- Delivery details and such will be detailed after the winner has been chosen. You will have to provide a valid address and contact details to have the game delivered to you.
